4-H Event Scholarship -Phillips County 4-H Council offers a 4-H scholarship for Phillips County 4-H members who attend State or National 4-H events. This scholarship is intended to help cover the cost of registration and traveling expenses. ALL scholarships are paid after the event. To receive an event scholarship the 4-H member must return the application to the Phillipsburg Extension Office within 30 days after attending the event. Event Scholarship Application.
Phillips County 4-H Scholarship - This scholarship is offered to Phillips County 4-H members to further their education in a four-year university, two-year community college, or vocational-technical school of their choice. Application deadline will be October 1 (If the 1st is a weekend the following Monday will be accepted)

HT Livestock Memorial Scholarship - This Scholarship will be awarded to a High School Senior Female who desires to pursue a degree in Animal Sciences or an Agriculture Program from Kansas State University. The applicant must be an active 4-H member from Rooks, Mitchell, or Phillips Counties in the State of Kansas. Application Deadline is May 1st. HT Livestock Memorial Scholarship Application.
State Kansas 4-H Scholarships - Kansas 4-H Foundation offers over 45 scholarships to Kansas 4-H members for higher education. Application deadline is January 22.

Vanier Family Scholarship - The Vanier Family Scholarship Program was established in 2016 to enhance the strong leadership skills already exhibited by 4-H members. This program invests in the educational endeavors of young people who have overcome challenges in their lives to pursue their educational goals. Scholarship recipients will be recognized leaders and role models within their home communities who have balanced “greater than usual” demands and contributed in positive ways as a 4-H member and citizen. Kansas 4-H Dog Scholarship - This scholarship will be awarded to a Kansas 4-H high school senior or freshman in college who have been enrolled in the Kansas 4-H Dog Care and Training Project for a minimum of three years.
